Do you have a physical store?

Oh how we would love one! Alas, are an online store only. We are based in Sydney, Australia and all orders are shipped from here.

Do you ship overseas?

At this time we are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand due to exorbitant shipping costs but hopefully this will change in the future. However if you do live internationally and would like to order one of our beautiful and unique handmade journals we would gladly discuss this you. Please email us with any requests.

How long will it take to get my order?

We have timed our delivery times all over Australia and barring any unforeseen disasters we can safely say that your order will arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note the 'business days' part (so if you order on a Saturday for example the countdown will start from the following Monday). Here at Blue Bower we believe in a healthy work-life balance for everyone. Even though it doesn't feel like work (most of the time) because we love what we do, we try to not work over the weekends.

Can I track my order?

You can request any order to be sent via registered post if you wish. Please email us when you place your order so we can do this for you. All orders over $50 are automatically tracked and we will provide you with a tracking number.

How much does domestic delivery cost?

Right now we offer a $10 flat rate shipping cost to anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Please note that this is subject to change at anytime and we encourage you to check back to our shipping policy before you purchase.

Can I return my purchase?

We hope you love everything you receive from us but in the event something arrives damaged or unusable we will certainly exchange it or provide a refund for you. Please email us with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging it came in. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund for a change of mind so please choose your journal supplies with that in mind. We have gone to lengthy measures to ensure that our photographs are as close to true colours as possible. Variations in screen settings can distort colours so slight variations can be expected.

We partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your journal supplies. The following delivery methods are available:

a. Standard Delivery: Your order will be shipped via Australia Post’s standard delivery service. This option provides a cost-effective solution with a reasonable delivery timeframe.

b. Express Delivery: If you need your journal supplies urgently, you can select express delivery. Australia Post’s express service ensures faster delivery within a shorter timeframe.

c. If you would like your happy mail to be sent via registered post, this option is available – please email us if you require this. Please note all happy mail over $50 will be tracked via Australia Post and the tracking number will be available to you.

Shipping Costs:

T this time we offer a $10 flat rate for all shipping under a $100 order. Orders over $100 ship free!

Order Processing Time:

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that order processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.

Estimated Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery timeframes provided below are based on the information provided by Australia Post. Please note that these are approximate timeframes and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal service disruptions.

a. Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-10 business days for regional areas.

b. Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas and 2-5 business days for regional areas.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the Australia Post website or through their mobile app.

Shipping Restrictions:

Our online journal supplies business primarily operates within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future. However if you wish to purchase a handmade journal accommodations can be made to ship these internationally in consult with you. Please email us!

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide us with an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that Australia Post is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason, it will be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at an additional cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Return Policy
